1 bottle dry white wine (750 ml)
1/3 cup superfine sugar
10 Whole coriander seeds
Pour wine into a pitcher or carafe. Pour in the sugar. Drop in the coriander seeds.
Remove zest from the orange with a vegetable peeler, avoid the bitter white pith, add to the wine, give it a good stir until sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate covered for 5-7 days, giving the wine a stir once a day.
Strain the wine and serve over ice as an aperitif or with mineral water as a cocktail.
